Dr. Kasey Joynt was born and raised in the beautiful city of Salem, Oregon. He graduated from Sprague High School, where he was an active member of the Oly community. After finishing high school, he went on to pursue his passion for animals by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Oregon State University. Dr. Joynt continued his education at Oregon State University's College of Veterinary Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2009. He then returned to his hometown of Salem, Oregon, where he has been practicing as a general practitioner ever since. Dr. Joynt is a problem solver and believes that the majority of animal health issues can be solved in a general practice setting. He is passionate about increasing accessibility to quality, high-value veterinary care for all animals. He strives to make sure that every pet owner has access to the best possible care for their furry family members.Dr. Joynt's professional interests include soft tissue surgery, infectious diseases, cytology, and preventative medicine. He is always looking for ways to improve his knowledge and skills to provide the best care possible for his patients. When he's not driving his Vetama veterinary van to you, Dr. Joynt enjoys exploring his other interests. He is interested in controlled environment agriculture, boating, exploring the wilderness, and cooking. These interests help him stay balanced and grounded, and they enhance his ability to provide compassionate and effective care to his patients. Dr. Joynt is proud to be a part of the Salem community and is dedicated to providing the highest level of mobile veterinary care to all animals. Crystal Bleiler, CVT is a seasoned veterinary technician with over 20 years of experience in the field. She grew up in Silverton, Oregon, in a family of veterinarians. For most of her life she has been exposed to the industry and eventually made it her career. She takes great pride in her job and works hard to ensure that all animal patients are receiving the best care possible. Her passion for animals and quality of care makes her a trusted part of the veterinary community. She has two kids, an amazing husband and two dogs, Spike and Murphy. When not taking care of your fur babies, you can find her on the sidelines of the soccer field cheering her kiddos on, working in a kickboxing gym, or hiking in the mountains.
